TorchLight is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Contract-to-hire) to implement marketing campaigns and drive conference attendance for an association in Washington, D.C. If you are a well-rounded digital marketer with excellent email marketing skills, this could be your next great role!
Location:
Washington, D.C.; Hybrid Work Environment.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Contract-to-hire opportunity; 40-hours per week. Flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options and benefits included.

Role responsibilities:
- Develop overall event marketing strategy
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through Eloqua
- Navigate cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategy for social media, web, search, and others
- Analyze campaign data to drive strategic marketing decisions
- Assist with onsite event prep including signage, attendee communications, and collateral
- Coordinate with the creative team on all creative collateral
- Collaborate with the PR team on event press releases and media coverage
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing; event marketing experience preferred
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms; Eloqua preferred
- Proven success driving event attendance through emails, social media, web, and other digital channels
- Adept at navigating cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
