Seeking Director-level Global Brand Public Relations professional with rich experience in the premium, luxury lifestyle industry

We are looking for an exceptional Director-level candidate for managing Global Brand Public Relations. This individual will manage and develop breakthrough PR campaigns for our global brand portfolio, ensuring significant and impactful earned media results. The successful candidate will possess advanced PR and influencer strategy knowledge, a vast network, and sophisticated knowledge of cultural trends, along with a proven track record of inserting brands into culture.

Location:
Qualified applicants are located in NYC metropolitan area. The role involves up to 30% time traveling globally. U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.

Employment:
This is a full-time position, offering flexible work schedules with work-from-home options up to 40% of the time.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead global public relations strategies
  • Oversight of Regional and special event execution around the globe for both press and customer.
  • Work with key spokespeople to facilitate press and event needs including messaging, speeches, scheduling and product needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with Talent (celebrities/influencers)
  • Direct and lead agency partners for execution
  • Facilitate press and event needs
  • Secure and manage PR budgets
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications team for developing corporate campaigns

Skills and experience:

  • 10-12+ years of consumer/luxury brand PR experience in a global role
  • Proven track record of delivering best in class global public relations and influencer campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of global cultures, traditions, and consumer mindset
  • Experience with events of all sizes, both press and customer
  • Strong media relations and thorough knowledge of a variety of media channels
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills
  • Ability to think cross-culturally and manage across a matrixed organization.
