Seeking analytical and creative B2B demand generation expert for high-growth company

Are you a highly analytical and creative marketing expert with experience driving successful B2B demand generation programs? TorchLight is seeking a Director of Marketing and Demand Generation for a fast-growing edtech company. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience managing lead generation campaigns on multiple channels as well as developing brand strategy. U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity. Direct Hire opportunity; full-time, 40-hours per week.  

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns on multiple platform
  • Manage digital marketing agency selection process and oversee agency of choice
  • Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns for paid search and social, including strategy, content, execution, marketing metrics, KPIs
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategy and CRM management
  • Manage trade show presence, from start to finish (pre and post-marketing) and oversee contractors as necessary
  • Lead testing and measurement of all campaigns including messaging, creative and other elements
  • Spearhead account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with sales to target key accounts and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop lead-to-customer conversion strategies and tactics

Skills and experience:

  • 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing enterprise software, with a focus on demand generation; startup and/or edtech experience a plus
  • Comfort in managing ACV accounts of $100k+
  • Sales enablement and digital marketing experience a plus
  • Strong project management, time management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data to drive decision making
  • Desire to “push the envelope”, test new concepts, and be a change agent
