TorchLight is seeking a motivated full-time Email Marketing Manager with automation and lead management experience, strong stakeholder management abilities, and an analytical mindset to join a globally recognized organization in Northern Virginia. You will lead a team and champion email marketing campaigns that will drive engagement and loyalty. Location:
Northern Virginia; Hybrid Work Environment. U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Full-time direct hire opportunity; 40-hours per week with flexible work-from-home (WFH) options
Role responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and manage the email marketing strategy for nurturing prospects through email or other multi-channel experiences.
- Build, segment, track, target, test, and deploy personalized campaigns using a large CRM and ESP.
- Analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns, develop test plans, and drive acquisition/retention.
- Ensure emails align with brand guidelines and voice.
- Drive the design, implementation, and testing of nurture campaigns and automated programs within the marketing automation platform.
- Manage vendor relations, contracts, budgets and forecasts.
- Lead, mentor and manage a staff of 3 direct reports.
Skills and experience:
- 8-10 years of automation/nurture campaign experience; preferably with 3 years of leadership/management experience.
- Strong proficiency with email marketing automation and email marketing best practices (HTML. a plus).
- 2+ years direct work experience using marketing automation platform (including campaign set-up, segments and integration configuration of advanced automation features)
- Experience implementing A/B and multi-variant testing and driving from strategy to execution.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM) and enterprise email service providers (Eloqua preferred but not required).
- Experience with customer analytics and taking a data driven approach to email.
- Deep sense of intellectual curiosity.
