Seeking a detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Coordinator (Contract) for a higher education client
TorchLight seeks a talented Integrated Marketing Coordinator (Contract) for a DC-area higher ed organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in the creation of marketing materials including advertising campaigns and digital marketing collateral. If you’re skilled at establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and marketing team members, then this role could be for you.
Employment:
Full-time contract job with the potential to convert to direct hire; 40-hours per week. References and background check required.

Location:
Qualified candidates must be located in the Washington D.C. or Baltimore Metro areas for this hybrid opportunity.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Role responsibilities:

Assist in development and execution of multi-channel marketing materials

Serve as stakeholder coordinator for various internal groups to support marketing and advertising efforts

Communicate objectives and tactical plans to cross-functional teams

Develop creative briefs and implement tactical marketing initiatives

Support the creation and coordination of organic social content

Provide marketing project management support using project management software
Qualifications:
-
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or advertising, creative agency experience preferred

Experience with Workfront, Sprout Social, and/or Canva, a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong creative or marketing project management skills
