Drive marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for national organization in Northern Virginia
TorchLight is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the marketing planning process and go-to-market strategy for a national hospitality and healthcare organization serving markets across North America. The Manager will work collaboratively to develop and implement integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth within key regions and portfolios.
Location:
Qualified applicants must be located in the DC Metro; 2-3 days/week on-site in NoVA starting summer 2022.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Direct Hire opportunity; full-time, 40-hours per week. Hybrid work environment with work-from-home (WFH) options.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and own strategic brand and marketing plan for regional markets including defining target market, differentiators, messaging, value proposition, etc.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies and omni-channel campaigns to drive awareness and action
- Manage marketing performance including testing, tracking, measuring, optimizing and reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Develop productive working relationships with key internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure sound implementation of initiatives and achievement of goals
Skills and experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in strategic marketing role; B2C hospitality and/or real estate experience a plus
- Proven success owning marketing strategy and go-to-market planning to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Strength in digital marketing campaign strategy, execution, and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
