Seeking experienced Marketing and Creative Recruiter

TorchLight is seeking a Marketing and Creative Recruiter to support our team in filling a variety of contract and contract-to-hire roles in marketing, communications, and the creative space. In this role, you will source, screen, qualify, and/or interview potential candidates. You will work closely with Account Management team to understand the roles and the qualifications needed for each candidate.  

TorchLight is a fully remote company based in the metro DC area. Qualified applicants will ideally be located in the Eastern or Central time zones of the US. Candidates in other locations will be considered as this is a 100% remote job. U.S. Citizenship or a permanent residency card is required. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Screen resumes, contact candidates, qualify, interview, and short-list candidates for open contract and contract-to-hire roles.   

  • Source candidates through multiple sources including LinkedIn.  

  • Create robust talent pipelines of high-potential candidates for future job opportunities. 

  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) for candidate and job management activities. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in the marketing, communications, and creative space. 

  • 2+ years of experience with Bullhorn or another ATS  

  • 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting preferred.  

  • Experience with various interview formats including phone screens, group interviews, video interviews, and face-to-face interviews. 

  • Sense of urgency and keen attention to detail. 

  • Ability to support multiple jobs and activities simultaneously successfully.  

  • Social media experience with professional networks like LinkedIn. 

  • Ability and willingness to work remotely 100% of the time. 

  • Thrives in a highly collaborative team environment. 

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
