Location:
Candidates must be located in the Washington D.C. or Baltimore areas for this hybrid work opportunity.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options in this hybrid job.

Role responsibilities:
- Schedule marketing and other meetings, coordinating schedules with clients and other professionals
- Book and arrange travel for prospect and client meetings
- Assist with key meeting preparation
- Provide critical administrative support including: answering phones, file compilation and maintenance, expense report processing, processing mail, drafting correspondence for prospects and clients, etc.
- Assist CMO and Events Manager in event support
- Prepare marketing presentations
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports, surveys, and questionnaires
Skills and experience:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong executive presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Stellar attention to detail and follow-through
- Familiarity and working knowledge of creative software: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
