TorchLight Hire seeks a strong Marketing Manager to support events growth for B2B publishing organization based in New York City
TorchLight Hire seeks a creative individual to join the events marketing team of a well-known B2B publisher in New York City. This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of event marketing campaigns to support organization’s lead generation and revenue goals. Qualified candidates will have a strong background supporting the marketing efforts around an event strategy and will be ideally located in the NY metropolitan area.
Location:
Hybrid work opportunity. Ideal candidates are located on the East Coast with availability to travel to NY as needed. U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Direct hire full-time job opportunity. Hybrid work environment with flexible work-from-home options (WFH). This client had instituted a Covid-19 vaccination policy as condition of employment.
Role responsibilities:
- Write marketing copy to promote B2B events within various marketing channels including websites, emails, brochures, social media, and advertising
- Develop, execute, manage, and optimize the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for B2B in-person and virtual conferences
- Track revenue and expenses to meet budgetary guidelines
- Provide reports relevant to tracking event marketing KPI’s
- Recruit media partners for marketing support of events
- Develop and manage social media campaigns for assigned events
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a B2B environment supporting the marketing of events
- Strong content developer (writing and editing) across a variety of marketing channels
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to events if needed
