TorchLight Hire is seeking a Member Engagement Associate (Contract-to-hire) to support daily operations in all digital member platforms and assist in developing marketing and on-boarding processes. In this role you’ll be a key team member who’s working to drive member engagement and retention through these tools. Location:
100% remote opportunity.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Contract-to-hire role, full-time job with 40-hours per week with flexible work-from-home (WFH) options in this 100% remote opportunity.
Role responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations for digital member platforms
- Partner with integrated marketing and member engagement teams to execute marketing campaigns and new internal on-boarding processes
- Drive member engagement and retention through member platforms and tools
- Lead daily product management for various member tools and technologies
- Support content production and submission
- In partnership with the VP develop marketing campaigns and assist in implementing marketing tactics that support the overall marketing and communications strategy of the member platforms
Skills and experience:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, direct response preferred
- Familiarity with member engagement platforms
- Familiarity with email programs and CMS platforms; Real Magnet, WordPress, and/or SiteCore preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Stellar project management skills
- Ability to travel 10% to events and meetings
