DC-based sports & media company seeks savvy digital marketer to lead in-house team
TorchLight Hire is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to lead integrated marketing efforts for an experiential marketing company based in DC. The role will be responsible for driving leads and registrations utilizing digital channels such as social media and email marketing. Ideal candidates will have a background in performance-based marketing and a strong track record of developing and executing digital campaigns.
Location:
Qualified applicants are in the Washington, D.C. or Northern VA areas. U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Full-time, direct hire role, 40 hours per week. Hybrid (two days/week) on-site position in Washington, DC office.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies and define KPI’s across all chosen marketing channels
- Handle event promotions strategy and execution
- Manage creation and implementation of print and digital marketing campaigns across all paid and organic channels, specifically social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Create and manage all company marketing collaterals
- Analyze and optimize all marketing campaigns
- Manage in-house team across various marketing disciplines
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years of prior experience in marketing & communications, both in setting strategy and execution of campaigns
- Proven track record of using integrated marketing to create leads, conversions, and sales
- Experience with setting marketing campaign KPI’s and tracking, optimizing, and reporting on campaign analytics
- Strong project management abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of social media marketing both paid & organic
- Prior management and team leadership experience
