Seeking Skilled Growth Marketer as Vice President of Marketing for Entertainment/Hospitality Company in DC-Metro Area
TorchLight Hire is looking for a top-notch Vice President of Marketing to drive maximum performance and results for an entertainment/hospitality company. The role will lead the strategy, development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives as well as corporate marketing and events efforts across a wide variety of traditional and digital channels.
Location:
Onsite in Washington, D.C. metro area.
Candidates must have U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Direct Hire opportunity. Full-time job, 40-hours per week. Onsite in Washington, D.C. metro area for first 6 months; flexible work from home schedule thereafter.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead all marketing efforts, including brand management, events, messaging, and marketing strategy
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop successful lead gen and customer retention strategies and campaigns
- Work with sales leadership to define processes that improve marketing to sales hand-off, campaign results and achievement of KPIs
- Manage website analytics and updates to ensure accurate information, design modernization, SEO, and optimal user experience
- Develop marketing KPIs and manage all campaign analytics, testing, reporting
- Supervise and mentor marketing team and manage all marketing vendor and partner relationships
- Drive project-specific growth marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms
Skills needed:

10+ years in a strategic/integrated marketing position with a focus on lead generation and sales enablement; agency experience a plus
- Expertise in developing and managing fully integrated lead gen and retention campaigns
- Demonstrated leadership and success creating and implementing integrated, multi-channel marketing, brand and communications strategies and campaign
- Expertise across digital marketing tactics including social media, SEO, email and content marketin
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- High level of comfort working across and with all levels of the organization
- Exceptional written/verbal communications and project management skills
- Excellent project and people manager with ability to work in fast-paced environment
Salary: $150k-$175k, depending upon experience.
