TorchLight seeks a Web Manager (Long-term contract) to join a Maryland-based hospitality organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience setting content strategy and managing enterprise website updates while supporting various digital team needs. You should possess outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across internal teams and external agency partners. An appreciation for digital marketing and analytics is essential.
Location:
Hybrid with up to 1 day per month onsite in MD. Candidates ideally located in the DMV or Baltimore metropolitan area. Candidates must be open to travel as necessary for team meetings.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Long-term contract opportunity. Full-time job 40-hours per week. Flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options. Background check and references required.
Role responsibilities:

Manage content and architectural structure for enterprise website updates

Work closely with internal and external partners to strategize, prioritize and complete projects

Support web updates via Sitecore CMS, or a similar CMS platform, to maintain best practices for website structure

Independently manage projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Maintain accurate, on-brand content for the company's website

Collaborate with agency partner to execute monthly web analytics reports and implement recommendations in alignment with SEO/SEM teams
Skills and experience:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing focusing on enterprise website management, social media best practices and analytics reporting

Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)

Knowledge of SEO best practices with a proven record of improving website rankings

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM)
