Torchlight seeks a detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator (Long-term contract) for a nationally recognized non-profit in the DC-area. The ideal candidate will use their talents to maintain and QA the company’s intranet site including selecting digital asset collections for the website, coordinating tasks, and testing the site for optimum performance.
Location:
Hybrid with 2 days onsite, 3 days remote at the client’s headquarters in DC. Ideally, applicants are located in the DMV or the DC metropolitan area.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
This is a long-term contract opportunity. Full-time job, 40-hours per week. Flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options. References and background check required.
Role responsibilities:

Assist with the publication and maintenance of content on the company’s intranet site

Project manage digital content needs across a variety of platforms

Collaborate with the Web Producer, Web Editor, and other team members regularly to prioritize, organize, and schedule tasks

Assist with quality assurance testing of the website
Skills and experience:

1+ years of digital project management or web coordination experience

Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs applications

Basic Internet skills and knowledge

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work harmoniously with a wide range of people

Self-motivated; ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction

Experience with Cvent or similar platforms is a plus
