Lead Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology for a Global Medical Device Innovator

TorchLight is partnering with a global medical device company seeking a Manager, Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology. This person will guide a team of digital marketers, developers, and analysts to drive integrated campaigns, optimize the marketing tech stack, and deliver high-impact programs across email, web, social, SEO, ABM, and CRM. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise in building scalable digital operations that fuel awareness, engagement, and growth. This is a hybrid position based in Columbia, MD. Remote candidates will not be considered.
Location:
Hybrid in Columbia, MD with 3 days onsite.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of marketing ops, developers, and digital marketers in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Oversee digital channel strategies (web, social, email, SEM, SEO, ABM, CRM) to amplify messaging and generate qualified leads
- Build scalable processes for campaign execution, analytics, and performance optimization
- Deliver reporting and insights to track campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI
- Manage and continuously improve the marketing technology stack to maximize efficiency and impact
- Partner with sales, marketing, and global colleagues to ensure alignment across initiatives and calendars
- Monitor trends and emerging technologies to strengthen digital presence and competitive positioning
Skills Needed:
- 7+ years in digital marketing, operations, or martech with 5+ years in people management
- Proven leadership in guiding high-performing teams
- Strong expertise in SEM, SEO, CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Ads, and reporting (PowerPoint/Excel proficiency required)
- Track record of building omnichannel campaigns that drive measurable growth
- Strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset and process improvement orientation
