Torchlight seeks an experienced, dynamic, and performance-driven Campaign Marketing Manager who possesses strong digital media skills and client-facing agency experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Location:
Fully remote. Ideally, candidates are located in the DC-metro area
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity
Employment:
Full time, 40 hours per week opportunity. Suite of benefits available. Background check and references required
Salary Range:
$115k to $120k
Note: Salary ranges are commensurate with experience, certifications, industry knowledge, and technical skills and abilities
Role responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing campaign strategies to meet client objectives
- Write detailed project and creative briefs based on client goals and needs
- Oversee online promotional campaigns in paid, earned, and owned channels
- Serve as primary account lead, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, milestones, results, and progress
- Analyze program performance actively; make optimization recommendations based on data and results
Skills and experience:
- 6+ years of B2C digital marketing experience is mandatory; previous agency experience is preferred
- Skilled in creating programmatic media campaigns for display, native and video ads
- Experience using tech and data tools such as DV360, Google Ads and MS Audience Network is preferred
- Presents strong client account management skills
- Possesses strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail
