Are you obsessed with data insights and workflows? TorchLight is seeking a fulltime Email & Data Insights Coordinator to join a dynamic marketing organization in Washington, DC. Location:
Qualified applicants are located in the DMV or DC metropolitan area. The role begins with a six-month onboarding period (on-site), followed by a hybrid arrangement (3 days in-office per week in downtown DC).
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
Direct hire, full-time (40 hours/week). Flexible schedule with some WFH options.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and send email campaigns using HubSpot and CRM platforms
- Develop and segment audiences; pull targeted lead/client lists
- Track and report on campaign and marketing performance
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of CRM data through tagging, segmentation, and regular clean-up
- Build dashboards and maintain reports for marketing and sales teams
- Support onboarding and training of new users in marketing technologies
- Assist with event preparation, logistics, and occasional administrative support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members and mentor interns as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing, email, CRM, or digital campaign experience
- Demonstrated experience building campaigns, sequences, and workflows in HubSpot or similar tools
- Ability to pull lists, segment databases, and generate meaningful reports
- Proven organizational skills; keen attention to detail
- Polished, professional communication style with high positive energy and eagerness to grow
- Previous experience in an association and/or nonprofit setting strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
- Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, or sales enablement tools a plus
