Seeking process-oriented, results-obsessed marketing technologist who can harness AI to automate and scale campaign performance for a professional services company.
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling automated marketing workflows powered by AI. You’ll drive efficiencies across lead nurturing, email campaigns, and digital advertising while delivering highly personalized experiences at scale. Location: Qualified applicants are located in the DC metropolitan area. Hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days in Bethesda, MD.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment: Direct hire, full-time (40 hours/week). Flexible schedule with some WFH options.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and manage AI-enhanced marketing automation workflows.
- Optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and targeting with AI-driven insights.
- Partner with sales to improve lead handoff and pipeline quality.
- Oversee campaign testing, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Train team members on AI features within automation platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend AI martech platforms.
Skills and Experience:
- 5-8 years in marketing automation or demand generation roles.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce AI add-ons.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create performance dashboards.
- Proven record of improving conversion rates and pipeline quality.
