Global B2B FinTech company seeking Marketing Data Scientist
As a Marketing Data Scientist, you’ll be responsible for leveraging AI and machine learning to generate insights, optimize campaigns, and develop predictive models that help organizations connect with the right audiences at the right time. Location: Qualified applicants must be located in the DC metropolitan area. The role begins with a six-month onboarding period (on-site), followed by a hybrid arrangement (3 days in-office per week in Northern Virginia).
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment: Direct hire, full-time (40 hours/week). Flexible schedule with some WFH options.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build predictive models to forecast marketing performance and customer behavior.
- Analyze campaign data and uncover actionable insights using AI/ML techniques.
- Develop audience segmentation models and personalization strategies.
- Work with marketing teams to translate data into creative storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics through AI.
- Create dashboards that visualize campaign effectiveness for stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years in data science, marketing analytics, or related fields.
- Strong background in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience applying AI/ML in a marketing or customer analytics context.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPM, conversion, attribution).
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
