Our client, a fast-growing healthcare company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help drive strategy, positioning, and launch initiatives for one of its most high-visibility product portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys translating insights into impactful go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate has experience leading product launches, pricing and positioning strategy, competitive analysis, and content development, and is comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams including Sales, MarCom, and Market Access.

Location
Hybrid: Three days onsite in Maryland.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for a key product portfolio in a competitive, fast-paced category.
- Lead product launch efforts, including go-to-market planning, pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Conduct market segmentation, targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to influence future innovation and portfolio direction.
- Drive brand consistency and storytelling across campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints.
- Partner with sales leadership to create effective sales enablement tools and training materials.
- Manage campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical and education teams on training, materials, and market education programs.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather feedback and inform strategy.
Skills Needed
- 5–7 years of product or strategic marketing experience, ideally in tech, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Proven success in product launches, pricing, and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data-driven targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external partners.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- High initiative, organization, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
