Our client, a well-established global events and communications organization, is seeking a Manager, Brand Experience & Executive Engagement to help shape and execute curated, white-glove brand experiences for senior leaders and executive audiences. This is not a traditional events role. It is an executive engagement role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards of professionalism, judgment, and taste—and who understands that no detail is too small when building trust and perception at the executive level.

The ideal candidate has experience working directly with senior executives, managing high-expectation stakeholders, and delivering highly personalized experiences where nothing is overlooked and nothing is left to chance.

Location
Onsite in Washington, DC. This role is primarily in-person, with some flexibility after an initial onboarding period.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute intimate, high-touch brand experiences, including executive dinners, hosted conversations, and speaker-led engagements for C-suite and senior-level audiences.
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of each experience, from guest strategy and personalized outreach through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
  • Work directly with internal executive leadership to review guest lists, event flow, brand presentation, and experience details.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external executive guests, speakers, and partners, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience.
  • Manage all logistical elements of each engagement, including venues, vendors, speaker coordination, seating strategy, dietary preferences, run-of-show development, lighting, sound, and on-site flow.
  • Hold ultimate accountability for experience quality—anticipating and addressing every detail that impacts perception, from room dynamics and service timing to materials, environmental factors, and guest comfort.
  • Track engagement outcomes and maintain accurate executive and guest records using CRM tools (HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Support brand storytelling across event-related and social channels in collaboration with internal marketing team members.
  • Oversee the physical brand experience within the Washington, DC office, including welcome materials, signage, and executive-facing spaces.

Skills Needed

  • 5+ years of experience in brand experience, executive engagement, client experience, or high-touch events roles.
  • Proven experience in delivering white-glove, personalized intimate engagement experiences for senior executives, C-suite, and high-expectation audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
  • Comfort working closely with executive leadership and navigating direct, high-standards feedback.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
