Seeking Marketing Manager for a Leading Speakers Bureau & Creative Services Company
TorchLight Hire is seeking a Marketing Manager to support three dynamic business lines with our DC-based client—a nationally recognized speakers bureau and creative services company. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and wants to make a measurable impact across a portfolio of growing brands.
This is both a strategic and executional role. The ideal candidate is a versatile content marketer and digital strategist who can build integrated campaigns, optimize organic search visibility, and manage relationships across multiple internal teams—all while staying calm under pressure and letting data guide the strategy.

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Lead demand generation efforts across three lines of business—developing campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads
- Define and articulate the unique and shared value propositions of each business line
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content, video, events, and web
- Own website content strategy across all brands—ensuring content is accurate, current, and optimized for search and AI-driven discovery
- Develop blogs, case studies, and thought leadership assets that improve organic visibility, engagement, and lead generation
- Partner with SEO vendors and internal stakeholders to execute SEO and AIO strategies that improve rankings and drive qualified traffic
- Work closely with salespeople, project managers, videographers, and other internal stakeholders to gather subject matter insights and channel them into high-quality, on-strategy content
- Regularly report on results and lead generation efforts to marketing leadership and internal stakeholders
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a creative services, agency, or multi-client environment
- Strong background in content marketing, SEO, and digital campaign strategy; familiarity with AIO (AI optimization) a plus
- Excellent writing and editing skills—able to write across diverse industries and topics with clarity and versatility
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and competing priorities—staying calm, data-driven, and strategic under pressure
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
- Salary range: $80,000–$90,000 depending on experience
