Seeking Product Marketing Manager for High-Growth Technology Company

TorchLight Hire is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company in Arlington, VA.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing and is ideal for a strategic, hands-on product marketer who excels at translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strong storyteller who enjoys shaping go-to-market strategy, enabling sales teams, and driving product adoption in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Only candidates that are able to be in-office 5x/week in Arlington, VA will be considered.

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and market-facing narratives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategy
  • Support and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and internal enablement
  • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop customer insights including personas, use cases, and win stories to strengthen messaging and sales efforts
  • Ensure consistency of product messaging across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints
  • Track and analyze content performance and engagement metrics to optimize messaging and drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical product updates into clear customer benefits

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong foundation in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting revenue teams
  • Proven ability to simplify technical products and articulate customer value
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company
