Seeking Senior Graphic Designer for Media Client
TorchLight Hire is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for our Arlington, Va-based client, an influential conservative magazine and media organization. This is a hands-on senior role for a designer who can move comfortably between strategic concepting and high-volume production while maintaining a polished, consistent visual standard across the organization’s growing multimedia presence.
Reporting to the EVP, Growth & Membership, the Senior Graphic Designer will partner with marketing, editorial, fundraising, and leadership teams to create compelling work across social media, email, web, paid advertising, events, and print. This organization is building a true brand identity from the ground up as part of a broader digital relaunch, and the ideal candidate brings strong editorial instincts, an exceptional eye for design, and sound production judgment.
This is a senior individual-contributor role today, with room to grow. Candidates should be comfortable using AI-enabled creative tools thoughtfully to expand production capacity—without sacrificing brand quality, accuracy, or originality.
