Our client is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to help manage and elevate the day-to-day social presence across multiple established brands. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for an early-career social media professional who understands that community management is about more than posting — it’s about protecting brand reputation, engaging audiences thoughtfully, and navigating real-time conversations with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day community management across multiple consumer-facing brands
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across platforms, ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned communication
- Escalate sensitive issues appropriately, partnering cross-functionally with legal, PR, marketing, enrollment, and other stakeholders
- Follow established compliance and approval processes within a regulated environment
- Leverage social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and identify emerging opportunities or risks
- Support execution of the broader social media strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external creative agency partners
Skills Needed
- 1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management
- Hands-on experience managing live community engagement (comments, DMs, public complaints) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and escalate issues appropriately
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, PR, legal, or related teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Social listening tool experience preferred
