TorchLight seeks a Marketing Manager (Contract-to-hire) to join our client, a national healthcare association. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives on owning integrated campaigns from strategy through execution. You'll lead initiatives supporting organizational offerings while partnering across the organization to develop data-driven campaigns that increase engagement, participation, and organizational growth.
Location
Remote with occasional travel for conferences, meetings, and organizational events.

Role Responsibilities
- Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution for educational programs, conferences, membership initiatives, and other organizational offerings.
- Develop campaign strategies including audience segmentation, messaging, channel selection, timelines, and success metrics.
- Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid digital advertising, and landing pages using HubSpot and other marketing tools.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, monitoring performance and optimizing results within established budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
- Write and edit marketing copy, collaborate with creative partners to develop campaign assets, and ensure all materials align with brand standards and accessibility best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide recommendations that improve audience engagement, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Support marketing operations through campaign planning, reporting, documentation, and continuous process improvements while staying current on emerging marketing trends.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Experience marketing products, educational programs, events, conferences, or other revenue-generating initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills across multiple marketing channels.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Highly collaborative with exceptional relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter who exercises sound judgment, works independently, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience within an association, nonprofit, healthcare, education, or membership organization is preferred.
