TorchLight seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Contract-to-hire) with a successful track record in driving revenue growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. This role requires proficiency in email marketing and demand generation strategies, focusing on maximizing customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is versed in digital marketing trends, tools, best practices, and has the analytical prowess to drive measurable results.

Employment:
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, full-time 40 hours per week.
Rate/Salary Range:
$38 to $43 per hour

Role responsibilities:

Maximize revenue by developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs

Build effective target audiences and segments for messaging to deliver engagement and revenue performance

Manage and execute email marketing calendar ensuring alignment with business priorities

Use customer data to personalize message and content

Develop and optimize strategies to increase website purchase flow and search engine rankings

Execute campaigns such as SEO/SEM and measure their performance against set goals

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts
Skills and experience:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and analytics software

Demonstrated data-driven and analytical skills

Experience in managing revenue growth-focused campaigns

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
