Job Description
TorchLight seeks a well-versed Influencer Marketing Manager (Long-term contract) for our hospitality client in the DC-Metro area. You will be responsible for building out and managing best-in-class influencer programs and strategies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the influencer and creator space, with a strong understanding of how to identify, activate, and nurture influencers and creators for a variety of campaigns.
Location:
Fully remote. Ideally, qualified applicants are located in the DMV or DC metropolitan area.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be eligible for this opportunity.
Employment:
Full-time job for 40 hours per week. Flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options. Suite of benefits available.
Rate/Salary Range:
$42 to $48 per hour
Note: Rates and salary ranges are commensurate with experience, certifications, industry knowledge, and technical skills and abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain direct, ongoing relationships with key, emerging and established influencer talent
- Lead all aspects of influencer sourcing, program development and execution
- Manage influencer tool/agencies; manage budgets, write briefs, review content, and produce reports
- Identify and evaluate new social content opportunities with key influencer partners
- Support logistical needs of influencer programs, including booking rooms, travel, and payment
- Build and maintain a database of influencers and creators across respective verticals
- Collaborate with regional markets to build global influencer campaigns while leveraging relevant social platforms
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in social or digital media marketing
- Knowledge of campaign management and execution with a proven track record of bringing big and new ideas to life
- Experience collaborating and building positive relationships with internal partners and external agencies/partners/talent in a highly matrixed organization
