Are you a seasoned Marketing professional with a knack for digital trends and marketing automation? TorchLight seeks a Senior Marketing Manager experienced in digital marketing analytics and email marketing automation. An ideal candidate would be adept at crafting and executing data-driven marketing strategies, managing and supervising a team, and collaborating across multiple teams for alignment of marketing initiatives. Proven track record in managing a team of direct reports is mandatory for this position.
Location:
Ideal candidates are in the DMV or DC metropolitan area. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as designated in-office days in Washington, DC.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
This is a Direct Hire opportunity, full-time job, 40 hours per week. A flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options is available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid search, paid social, display advertising, and webinars.
- Supervise a team of two marketing specialists.
- Collaborate with other marketing colleagues to ensure alignment across digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau to interpret and analyze marketing data.
- Develop effective email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in email marketing automation and digital marketing trends.
- Extensive knowledge of interpreting and utilizing effective market research and campaign analytics to optimize results.
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of proficiency in crafting compelling and error-free copy across various formats.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Analytical experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
